A business that signs up through your link and then pays for a plan. A trial counts for nothing until it becomes a paid plan. Your share is worked out on what they actually pay, before VAT. If a payment is later refunded or charged back, that share comes off your balance again.
No. The programme is for sending us people you know, not for discounting your own accounts. A second business that looks like the same owner — same company, same email domain — is flagged for a person to look at and is not paid.
You keep what you have earned. Nothing more is added once they stop paying, and nothing already earned is taken away.
Your earnings are still yours. What you have already earned is paid out as usual, and the businesses you referred keep earning for you until their 12 months are up. If you close your account altogether, ask us to settle your balance first.
